The project based on following structure:
1) Area:

3) What type of Outcome should be produced: product, algorithm, models, recommendation, demo case (= proof of concept)
4) Duration
5) Group size & consitency
We propse following points:
-) The project should be stated in Europe.
-) It should be financed for at least 4 to 5 years.
